Marcin Smagacz

Graduated with a degree Law and Administration Faculty at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow, and the Institute for Administration and Economy at the National Higher Vocational School in Tarnow. In 2004 graduated Economy Faculty in the specialization of Marketing and Management/Management of Real Properties and Property Insurances/. In 2004 for the written essay: „Social costs of the regulation of renting system of private assets”, was nominated to the award of the Ministry of Infrastructure.

Awarded for the special achievements in learning within the time period of 1999-2004 collected the educational scholarship of  Prime Minister, Ministry of Education and Sport, Rector of the Jagiellonian University in Cracow, Rector PWSZ in Tarnow, Rector MWSE in Tarnow. In 2004 was awarded with the medal of Collegium Tarnoviense "Per aspera ad astra". 

Specialized in strategic consultancy for actors of the real properties market. Carry out research and advices on investors in the scope of purchase/sale transactions of rights to real properties, location of financial resources on the real properties market and proper organization and complex support of investment projects of developer characteristics.

Professionally connected with the Capital Group Doctor Q Bud Since 2007, where currently he performs the duties of General Director. In the Legal Office since 2006, co-creates strategies of development of the company based on products of high quality, indicates new directions in the scope of development of products’ offer, is responsible for e-communication, creation of the Legal Office good name on the legal services’ market, and renders directly the support and care for selected business Clients.

Professional interest: business negotiations, management of competencies, psychology of behaviour.

On leisure time: architecture, photography, art-design.
